ANTIGRAVITY YOGA   TAKE A CLASS      Explore the evolution of yoga in 3-dimensional space. This is a great workout enjoyed by yoga practitioners but is also very accessible for someone who has never taken a yoga class. This course for some may even provide greater accessibility due to the suspended posturing which allows for zero compression inversions and for greater support for poses that would typically be done on a mat.  It is and it is recommended that students take 2 or 3 Fundamentals classes before taking Antigravity Yoga.
