Antigravity Suspension Fitness is great for fitness enthusiasts, if you love to feel the burn and get in a good sweat this class is for you. It also incorporates many familiar workout elements like push ups and sit ups but way more fun because your doing them suspended and inverted! Don't worry there are also plenty of flips and tricks too!
If you are at all nervous about trying an Aerial Class, it is recommended that you start with Aerial Restorative Yoga or Regular Aerial Yoga. Suspension Fitness is the most rigorous Aerial Hammock Class offered.
