Slow Flow Vinyasa: Open Hips, Open Heart Release the stress and tension of the holiday season, and get 2017 off on the right foot. This class will focus on deep hip openers along with chest and shoulder openers. Lots of focus will be on breathing into poses, giving the body a chance to open and release that which no longer serves. All levels welcome.
This class taps into the goldmine of 3 to 15 minute Kundalini Kriyas (sequences) and meditations that are perfect for fast paced life. This class is accessible but intense, making use of movement, mudra, and intense pranayama (breathing exercises).
